The new owners will be able to run their own stock with good grazing paddocks, cattle yards in excellent condition, a hayshed, and five dams (one spring-fed) which provide reliable water even in drought conditions.
Alternatively, you might prefer to continue the current owners' arrangement in which the next-door farmer leases the paddocks. This provides income as well having someone to do maintenance and generally keep an eye on things.
All fences are in good condition and weeds have been well controlled.
