Without giving the exact dimensions for every one of the many rooms within, it is suffice to say that, overall, this is a home that offers an abundance of space. 4 bedrooms are complimented by 2 living areas, a generous home office or 5th bedroom and two bathrooms plus powder room, (then there are the upper and lower level entertaining areas and double garage). But, aside from this, this is a property that speaks volumes about the needs and desires of modern families.

Practically, it enjoys all of the comforts one could ask for (ducted heating / cooling, gas log fire, 900mm appliances, stone bench-tops and hardwood flooring etc). Aesthetically, the blend of textures and neutral tones is a visual feast and the warmth of a home that is just begging to be lived in.
