Why we like the property (agent perspective)
Modern and spacious both inside and out, this property boasts a flexible floorplan for the whole family to enjoy. This really is the complete package, situated on over half an acre in a delightful quiet court boasting features such as side access to a great shed, north facing outdoor entertainment area spacious kitchen with 900mm appliances, picture windows overlooking the backyard, palatial island bench and stone benches. Completely refreshed with both new paint and carpet, this is truly one for the entire family to love and enjoy.

What the property offers (property perspective)

The home offers a spacious floorplan of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms including ensuite to the master plus powder room with third WC, a study plus multiple living spaces so the whole family can spread out and have their own space. Stunning hostess kitchen complete with walk in pantry enjoys the northerly aspect to the rear yard and with bifolds to the paved outdoor covered pergola area, entertaining is an absolute breeze. An additional large lounge to the front of the home is perfect for cozy winter nights with wood fire and plenty of natural light courtesy of the bay window. Kids playroom is yet another space that could be utilised in many ways such as a secondary home office. With half-moon driveway and side access to a great shed plus lean-to equivalent to a double carport, there is plenty of off-street parking plus a huge yard with established trees and gardens. Also featuring, heating and cooling plus ceiling fans for year-round comfort, great storage, bamboo floors, new carpet and paint, double glazed windows plus solar panels to help keep power bills down and much more!

What youll love about the property (vendor perspective)
We love the space both inside and out, and we really love this court! Wed pick the whole lot up and take it with us if we could as all the neighbours are amazing. This is a true lifestyle property for us, the kids have their own rooms and own area to play inside, weve added the pergola, a fire pit area, vegie gardens and chook run. The kids have spent many hours out playing on their playground, its a great property for them to enjoy outdoors as its easy to watch them playing from the kitchen or while were out under our pergola. Being a tradie, side access and a good shed is an absolute must. We built the house with this in mind and have made the access simple and unintrusive to the outlook of the property. Our home really does have great bones and has been a pleasure to raise a young family here. With Coles soon to be built within an easy walk, the new owners will reap the rewards of that extra convenience.
