Dating back to first European settlement in what was then New South Wales and part of the Ayrey family's Mount Gellibrand Station, (later Mooleric), this highly productive 642 hectare, (approx. 1,586 acre), parcel of exceptionally reliable agricultural land is in one of Victoria's most sought-after farming regions.

The property is nestled at the base of Mount Gellibrand and the elevation ensures spectacular views to the Otway Ranges and excellent drainage.
