The Jack Merlo-designed central courtyard with large jacaranda trees and built-in seating will provide a protected and private space year round. Soft planting will wrap the buildings at ground level, creating a welcoming mat to each of the four lobbies. Residents will also share two rooftop terraces sited for city views and northern light.
