For snow fans, you have the luxury of skiing Falls Creek or Mt Hotham as well tobogganing at Mt Buffalo during your stay. We are only a short drive to nearby Milawa Gourmet Region, regional wineries including the King Valley, the picturesque villages of Beechworth, Yackandandah and Bright. Lake Buffalo is only a 15 minutes' drive away and there is easy access to the Murray to Mountains rail trail.

Your home-away-from-home contains all you need for a 6-star resort-style holiday break, including a massive outdoor deck with large heated (electric heat pump - powered by our solar PV system (which is heated to 29 degrees from 1st October until 30th April) saltwater pool, 6-8 person sauna, gas BBQ,
umbrella, reclining deck chairs, outdoor setting for 8 people, firepit area (outside of bushfire season), toilet and outdoor shower. Free EV car charging onsite (Type 2 charger) is also included.
Spacious lounge with stunning floor to ceiling windows, concrete polished floors, Sonos Sound System, Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air conditioning, in-floor slab heating and open fireplace stocked with wood and kindling.
The hi-tech open kitchen comes with everything you need to entertain large groups including 2 full Miele ovens with a 4-way induction cooktop, Breville coffee machine (stocked with fresh coffee beans), microwave, dishwasher, double fridge/freezer, dining area and butlers kitchen. A 75" TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Kayo and Amazon Prime will be sure to keep everyone happy!
A separate kids retreat area contains a large TV, Sony PS4 with games, and access to video streaming services, along with guest powder room and separate toilet.
The Atrium entry contains a drying cupboard suitable for snow and outdoor gear.
The property sleeps up to 11 guests (2 king bed suites with shared ensuite; 1 queen room; 4 king single bunks plus room for an additional child on a roll out trundle bed).
Laundry contains a large top load washing machine, dryer, sink and ironing facilities. All bed linen and towels (indoor and outdoor) provided.
