There are 2 tanks with a total of 6500 galls and hot water is run via the old oven. Should you want to do a load of washing in the outside laundry, you can, firstly, boil up your clothes in the old copper - there is also a trough and washing machine. Roof and guttering are in good order (although exterior boards would welcome a new coat of paint) and there is a single l.u. garage with concrete floor. The property is a little gem with enough area to suit a horse, or a couple of sheep, whilst also in close proximity to the Moonambel pub, general store and some of the best wineries in the Pyrenees area.
