Like the characteristics of a Mallee Bull, the new brand is strong, bold, but also unique and simple, "to stand out from the herd so to speak" and help bring a fresh approach to marketing strategies for the Mallee Brewing Company.
The design works across a large range of applications and media platforms including websites, social media, environmental signage, beer label designs, merchandise, packaging and other marketing collateral.
To ensure Mallee Brewing Company stands out against other breweries and mainstream competitors, the new brand also has its own identity guide and communications framework, which can be taken across all marketing assets and point of sale material.
Three beers have already been produced in 50litre kegs, a light, mid strength and heavy. Our Brewer will be available if needed.
Equipment/Building Features:
Brewhouse (wort production) details: Bulk 1t grain handling system, 3 vessel steam brewhouse (DME) Mash, Lauter, Kettle/Whirlpool. 25hL nominal, but capable of 28hL of 12 Plato wort.
Unitank details: 7 unitanks, 5 x 50hl Nominal 2 x 9 hL, 2 BBTs each 50hL.
Cooling plant details: Lennox Chiller 112kW cooling power, sufficient to cool 3 concurrent ferments.
Clean in place (CIP) system details: Stand-alone CIP kit with two pots, one heated. Delivery pump and dedicated CIP lines hard piped to cellars.
Keg washer details: KHS KegBoy2 . 2017 washer & filler. Two heads. Run up to 25 kegs per hour clean & filled.
Canning/ bottling line details: Provisio via dedicated hard piping to canning/bottling area.
Grain mill, auger details: Two roller mill 3 phase, 500kg per hour easily, with grist auger to grist case above mash mixer. Holds 500kg easily. Malt intake fed by bulky bag system with own vibrator and screw auger.
Building area details: Former Theatre. Brewery production area facing rear corner of Linton's and Gallaghers Lane via 3 industrial roller doors and PA door. Cool room included. Plenty of dry storage areas.
