The property will accommodate up to 10 guest $1100 per night (mid week). Weekend + long weekend $1500 per night minimum 3 nights. After 10 guests there will be $50 extra per guest per night for up to maximum 5 guests. Long weekend, public holiday, Easter, Christmas and New Year $1500 charge per night, minimum book is 4 nights. Check in after 3pm- check out before 10am unless otherwise notified. Full access to house except Staff Rooms, workshop shed outside next to the pool area.

Upstairs
1 king bedroom with walk in robe, en-suite with spa and balcony with views of
Mt Buffalo.
2 X Queen Bedrooms.
1 X double bedroom.
1 bathroom with separate toilet.
Downstairs:
1 x spacious bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a single size bunk bed and a double size bunk bed.
1 x queen bedroom only open when there are more than 13 guests.
1 x bathroom with 2 separate toilets.

The property also has to spacious lounge areas, which include 65 inch flat screen TV with Netflix and Stan, complementary Wi-Fi , leather lounge. There is a cozy wood fire for those chilly winter nights and full air-conditioning got the warmer months. The second lounge room also has a 65 inch flat screen television with Netflix and Stan , 2 bean bags, a spacious lounge suite.

The open plan kitchen looks out to Mt Buffalo. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining table can seat 8 guests.

Step outside to a beautiful patio with an outdoor setting, BBQ, lovely surrounding gardens and unbeatable views.

Buffalo River Retreat is approx. 30 minutes from Bright, 40 minutes from Wangaratta and 25 minutes from Beechworth. Lake Buffalo is approximately 20 minutes away where you can enjoy boating and fishing activities. There are also several wineries within a 15 - 20 minute drive from Myrtleford. Snow fields- Falls Creek & Mt. Hotham within 1hour 30 minutes. Ski hire - Rays Ski Shop Myrtleford. Check with Myrtleford Information centre regarding bus services to the slopes as these dates/times tend to change.

Tariff $1100 per night mid week (Sun-Thur) up to 10 Guests and $1500 per night weekend (Fri & Sat) $1500 per night in peak seasons. Bond $1500 which will be refunded after cleaner attends.
