This property is an excellent option for families and friends looking to escape for a relaxing and private coastal holiday with views from every room and the outside deck. Its secluded quiet location provides the opportunity to watch or interact with native animals and birds. These range from a mob of kangaroos who often come over at dusk for a feed of lawn to extensive bird varieties and even the occasional koala can be seen or heard.

The property is three large bedrooms, with a bathroom and expansive ensuite. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks. Linen is provided for our guests. There is a laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and a clothesline.

The property has one fire place, reverse cycle air conditioner and dispersion fans through-out and benefits from the afternoon breeze that regularly cools the house and guests.

The property is pet friendly, but outside only please. There is no fencing here, so if you are thinking of bringing your furry friend along, we suggest bringing a lead to keep them safe.

There is plenty of room for secure car and boat parking beside the house.

Tariffs:

Peak season from December 20th January 31st and Easter school holidays (Vic and NSW)

$3,800 p/w 7 night minimum

Shoulder season from February 1st April 30th and then from September 1st December 19th and also including any dates that fall within the June/July School Holidays (Vic/NSW)

$2,200 p/w 3 night minimum

Off-peak season from May 1st August 31st (excluding June/July school holidays Vic/NSW)

$1,800 p/w 3 night minimum

Plus $120 cleaning fee
