We've had the bathroom renovated in the past few years, and it's a clean and bright space and easy to keep clean.


The electric oven and gas cooktop have all been replaced in the past few years, and the kitchen is a bright space with all you need within arms reach.

The large Master Bedroom is at the front of the house, and the walk through wardrobe makes the central bathroom very accessible.
The other two bedrooms are a bit smaller, but with still plenty of space for a bed, desk and whatever extra storage you might like.

Outside is a low-maintenace yard, with some citrus trees, raised garden beds, and space for more gardens, kids toys or entertaining. You'll love having people over for a BBQ on the back deck and being able to sit undercover or on the grass.

The garage has heaps of space for extra storage, or to park a car, and being able to access the backyard is a real bonus.

Evaporative cooling throughout the house is complemented by ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Outdoor blinds in the bedrooms and living room also help keep things nice and cool in summer. Central heating keeps the place warm in winter as well.
