***UNDER APPLICATION***

Let there be light! Let there be as new carpet, as new timber venetians, new reverse cycling air conditioning and a recently painted interior. This flat is really worth calling an apartment! It's in a cute small block of only 5 and it's really roomy. From the moment you open the front door you notice the S-PA-C-E, more than enough room for the lounge suite, the dining table and any added extras you have accumulated over the years. There's an emphasis on light with a huge wall of glass running the length of the livingroom and with a balcony too, how perfect. The kitchen and bathroom are great, all gleaming white and very functional. Both bedrooms are of good sizes too and there's even a carspace on site but who needs that with the tram only 50 metres away. If you're looking for value for money then you'll be hard pressed to find better than this!
