What the property offers (property perspective)
What youll love about the property (vendor perspective)
We loved this block due to its size and corner position so as to have access to the back of the block once a home is built. There are new facilities going in and already here including the Willowbank Primary School, theres also easy access to the Calder Freeway without needing to cut through the Township itself. We also loved the views we could achieve here and to be around other quality properties where our neighbours took pride in their homes are yards. Views of Mount Macedon and developer guidelines which set out the requirements of the project developer in order to maintain the quality and amenity of the estate for the benefit of all its residents.
The display homes at the start of the Estate really set the tone for a quality area. Its an exciting opportunity for the new owners to take on.
