OneFifty Fitzroy champions a progressive new approach to residential living. Created by Fitzroy locals Airworx, the design is a genuine expression of what it means to go beyond simply making a space. It fuses beauty with practical living in a design you'd be proud to call home.
In a considered move away from modern, high-rise apartment design, Airworx have collaborated with leading Australian designers, Rothelowman and Fiona Lynch, to take an authentic and personalised approach to architecture and interiors. The six level building features a selection of just eighteen apartments with a penthouse residence across the topmost level and a street side retail space at ground level. Purposefully boutique in size and detail, every space feels like home. Raw finishes of timber, aged metal, marbled stone and leather are applied in distinctively refined ways, while reflective surfaces are used to illuminate the naturally, light filled interiors.
As Fiona Lynch debuts her first multi-residential design, the interiors take the hallmarks of a luxury stand-alone residence and translate them into high end, contemporary apartment design. Expect detailed craftsmanship, handmade touches and custom-made furniture made by Mark Tuckey, created specifically for OneFifty Fitzroy, in a signature balance of refined comfort and livability for colourful modern lifestyles.
