Kooringa Close is a boutique Retirement Village consisting of 46 Independent Living Units, developed and managed by Kooringa Close Management Pty Ltd. Resident Managers live on the premises, and they are available to assist residents with maintenance and day to day living issues. Residents have access to a 24/7 Medical Emergency Call System.
Residents at Kooringa Close enjoy the use of a very well appointed Residents' Lounge with comfy chairs, a Gas Log Fire, Kitchen, Digital TV, small Library, and a Balcony overlooking the lake and gardens.
