Renters will have full access to the backyard for the first 3 months of the tenancy. After this period, the rental provider will be subdividing the property and constructing a fence in preparation for a rear unit, and backyard access/yard area will change once works commence. During the initial three-month period (prior to building works starting), renters will be responsible for standard yard maintenance.

Please also note the driveway will be communal property for the future rear unit and must not be blocked at any time. Parking for this front residence will be on-street, or alternatively on the grass at the front of the property (as available).

Utilities: All utilities will be separately metered; however, this will not apply for the duration of the build. During the build period, renters will have two options arranged with the rental provider/builders: the builders will either use a generator, or pay the renters $50 per week for 6 weeks (and if the build period runs longer, the $50 per week will continue for the extended duration).
