All crops are in full yield and were planted with the objective of low cultivation input. Two water tanks at volumes of 40.000 resp. 20.000 liters guarantee an independent water supply chain. Irrigation water is taken from the propertys own water reservoirs with a total surface of approx. 1.000 m.
