An artist commissioned tiled heart artwork by Bruce Rowe edges the open Jetmaster wood fireplace, and original glass doors open from every room to incorporate the paved courtyards and established garden borders that include a fig tree, a lemon tree, and a prolific avocado tree that produces up to 200 fruits per season.

Authentic Italian terrazzo tiling lends a considered, high-end feel to the sleek main bathroom with built-in bath and walk-in shower, while the accommodation wing also comprises the master bedroom with side access to a courtyard, a walk-through robe and terrazzo-tiled shower ensuite.
