My beautiful 3 bedroom home is spacious with lots of private outside storage and garden areas to relax and use. Two of the bedrooms have built-in robes. It has gas ducted heating, air con and a laundry area. The full sized kitchen has a dishwasher, wall oven, an island with gas top stove, and lots of cupboard and bench space. There's a dining area with a breakfast bar; the area is large enough to hold the family Christmas lunch this year. Utilize my established herb garden or grow your own - it's up to you. The lawns are mowed by grounds staff. It's been owned and maintained by myself and my mother before me for over 17 years now. I feel sad to sell my home, but my kids have grown up and left, so it's time for me to downsize. Some furniture can be included if you want.
My home is situated in a quiet nook in a cabin park in Bonbeach. It's walking distance to train stations, bus stops, a good shopping centre, several local primary schools, parks, wetlands, the Patterson River, and a fantastic white sand beach on Port Phillip Bay.
The cabin park has a communal fenced swimming pool, a communal barbecue area, an on-site licenced cafe/shop, a recreation room, and a kids play area with swings and slides which you can also make use of. Its grounds are beautifully maintained by a friendly management and staff. Our restricted keypad boom gate entry/exit, and a stable core community living here, give us a feeling of security.
You won't find a 3 bedroom home anywhere near comparable in this neighborhood - you'll have to see it to believe it. I am not selling the land, only my spacious cabin and the right to live there.
