The estate's secluded main residence is occupied by the owners who work diligently keeping all the estate's gardens looking their very best. This includes constant and ongoing pruning and garden bed maintenance across the entire property, mowing and watering activities, etc.
The regular clean up of tree branches and leaf debris including the use of chainsaws, mulcher and blowers occurs regularly throughout the year, with burn-offs occurring outside the CFA's summer fire restriction period.
The owners also repair any malfunctioning items within the cottage when appropriate.
Utility charges, including water and electricity bills are included in the rental price. Internet connection through IINet only is available however it is at renter's cost.
