The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, and separate kitchen and living areas. A nearly wrap around deck gives you beautiful spots to sit and enjoy the sun at any hour of the day. With 2 fireplaces to keep you warm in winter the woodfire oven is great for cooking a low slow roast on a cool sunday afternoon. Powered by Solar and Batteries, you have enough power to run a normal house without the power bill and if there isn't enough sun a 6kva generator is connected to come on when the batteries go below a certain point (generally it takes 3 days of no sun for this to happen). Water is supplied by a house tank which has catchment from the shed and house so fills quickly and gas instant hot water is installed.

This is a fully off grid home so there is no phone reception or phone & power lines to the property, however Starlink is great to have internet. A homebase uhf radio is installed, and plenty of power to keep you running with a 3 year old solar and battery system.

The yard and laneway are well irrigated with dam water to keep the place green in summer and never run out of water for the big veggie garden, established fruit trees, grape vines and beautiful flowers. A double bay wood shed to keep both fires going in winter. 2 very large sheds to store everything you will ever need!

The farm side of things has had so much of the hard work done for you, split into 8 well fenced paddocks. Water by way of 5 dams (2 flowing) and a running creek, along with pump and header tank with cam locks along the line for irrigation. Recently built cattle yards, 2 pasture renovated hay paddocks along with another pasture renovated paddock. Currently running 24 heifers in calf and 9 sheep. Plenty of room for chooks, ducks, geese, dogs! What ever takes your fancy!
