The most northern room of the house is the sun soaked lounge which is fully wired for sound and also includes a massive flat-screen television built into a partition wall. There's plenty to see from this room, even if there is nothing on TV.
From here you access the stunning deck which features a huge open-ended butterfly roof. You may need to sit down for a few minutes as the views will take everyones breath away.
Back inside and to the southern wing which houses two large bedrooms and a bathroom. This area is ideal for children or guests and features a surprise or two.
The master bedroom is privately located in the western wing and comprises an enormous walk-in-robe, large ensuite and a spectacular view.
By now everyone may need a drink, as there is so much to take in when seeing a 30 plus square home for the first time. Hang on we haven't been down stairs yet.
Down we go. The door at the bottom of the stairs leads to a large double garage with remote controlled roll-a-door. To the north is another door which enters the rumpus room or fourth bedroom if required. There is also a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite for downstairs convenience.
Back on the southern side of the garage is access to under the house. This is where you will find your workshop as well as the collection unit for the central vacuum system and also the main unit for the ducted central heating/cooling.
The garden is stylishly landscaped and there is little in the way of yard maintenance required.
