It has access to what are considered the most pristine waters for the growing of crayfish or rock lobster in Australia.
The facility is located at Triabunna on the east coast of Tasmania which is approximately 70 kilometres or about a 1 hour drive to Hobart Airport.

The waterfront processing facility is currently exporting 95% of its production to China. Production of live crayfish or rock lobster during 2013 was approximately 36,000 kgs with a turnover of approximately US$2.3m. with an EBITDA of approximately 12%.
The facility is beginning to diversify into whole live fin fish such as striped trumpeter for export into Hong Kong and Shanghai.

- Long term Crown Lease which expires in 2042 (19 year lease term with 10 year option);
- Facility of 1,026 m2 includes live fish holding areas, freezers, packaging storage areas, processing rooms and the jetty;
- Statutory compliance and certification including an Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) permit;
- To be sold as a going concern with training provided if necessary.
