`ese vineyard has established a strong reputation for producing superb, medal winning pinot noir, sparkling and chardonnay wines. Celebrated wine writer, James Halliday has included `ese in his top one hundred wines. `ese vineyards has been established and nurtured by the owners over the past 15 years. They have lovingly tended the vines and devoted generations of Italian wine growing expertise and knowledge, to ensure superb vintages are produced.
The property comprises 2 titles (2.123ha and 4.040ha) with all the improvements and vineyard on one title. There is approximately 2.9ha (7 acres) planted to vines, leaving a little over 3ha (7 acres) for further planting and expansion. There is the opportunity to sell off one title (there are two titles, one contains nearly all the vineyard and includes the very comfortable 2 bedroom house and a small area of vines). In this location, the house would be an ideal cellar door, small scale restaurant/caf (STCA).
Water is provided from a bore and via the regional irrigation scheme. A frost protection system (mist) has successfully been trialled and plans and costings are to be made available to interested parties.

Approached via Richmond Road, `ese is on an established wine route. Richmond Road is a major tourist road accessing Tasmania's famous and pristine East Coast beaches.
ese is planted to Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The soils are black doleritic with a good mix of small stone. The micro climate is ideal for viticulture, with the long dry warm summer days being perfect to finish the grapes.
