Sleep comes easily in this safe haven with its 3 double bedrooms, 2 with built-in wardrobes and the sparkling modern bathroom is refreshing. A humongous garage/workshop has room for cars and boat whilst the laundry is attached. Other storage includes two steel garden sheds. The rear productive garden and part of the front yard is securely fenced for kids and pets.
The school bus stop to the excellent local primary and high school is close by and the daily commuter bus to Hobart passes the front door.
En-route to the Port Arthur historic site (free entry for locals), the local community enjoys easy access to the Nubeena medical centre, with visiting podiatrist, physiotherapist, optometrist and audiometrist. Home help and nursing available if eligible. The local pharmacist does home deliveries.
