Excellent fencing provides separated paddocks if you are looking for livestock or horse suitability, there are existing sheds and garages, corral and crush are all suited.

Note this next stage of development would be to continue to build more cabins (which has had approval) and to build a larger amenities building with toilets and showers for campervan's caravans and tents. This is an area very popular for recreation, surfing, kayaking mountain bikes, fishing or trail walking. Just in front of the property is a very good flounder fishing area and you can walk to the surf beach and nearby fishing areas.

The position of this property is opposite the RSL community club which has meals seven days a week. There is also a very nice golf course open to the public.

South Arm is also on the government bus services to Hobart (at the gate) and has a local primary school, pharmacy, caf, gym, hair salon, general store and post office is about 15 minutes level walk away.

This property may have future subdivision opportunities.
South Arm is only 35 minutes to Hobart city or the airport. Ideas like a retirement village and doctor surgery have merit, but of course most things are subject to council approval if outside current zoning usages. My expectation of this properties value is over $2 million and at that price, a property with a good future.
