The worst thing about vacations is having to leave; to say adieus to the endless activities, crystal clear water, new friendships and friendly hotel cleaner to add insult to injury after the airport shuttles and taxi's you need to come to terms with the disappointing reality that you still need to unpack!
Who said that life needs to be a series of highs and lows. What if, once you unpacked you were able to stay? What if, you could wake up every morning in your own slice of paradise only 15 minutes from the Hobart CBD (5 minutes from the airport and just metres from local shops). We work for around 40 hours a week that gives you 4,108 hours a year to enjoy doing any one of the hundreds of activities on offer if you were to buy this impressive home. Swimming, kayaking, snorkelling, fishing, rock hopping, dog walking, bike riding, the list goes on. If all of this gets too much, there are a lifetime of sunrises and sunsets across Fredrick Henry Bay just waiting to be experienced.
The kitchen was designed for busy mornings with a large walk in pantry & plenty of bench space. The island bench provides a landing place for lunch boxes or sharing the day while cooking up a storm. The second living room ensures that everyone has plenty of space to relax, be it watching the waves break from a couch upstairs, or with a handful of great friends, a good movie and a bag of popcorn downstairs.
