Perched high on an embankment, each cabin consists of two rooms and are very solid in construction. With a land size of 3491 m2 there's plenty of room to add more cabins, tiny home sites or subdivide the land and build several houses (STCA). There is unlimited parking with plenty of room to grow.

The cabins boast stunning alpine mountain views and are a couple of minutes from trout-stocked Lake Rosebery and Montezuma Falls, Tasmania's highest waterfall. The area offers shared walking and mountain bike trails. Tasmania is Australia's mountain biking capital and is threaded with purpose-built tracks through rare and picturesque landscapes. Rosebery hosts a Mountain Bike Racing Carnival in December.

The building has a brand new Colorbond roof and exterior cladding in the color Monument. The walls and roof have been lined with new insulation, double french doors installed on the front of each cabin and a single french door at the back. All electrical wiring has been checked by an electrician. New power points/covers have been installed but they have not been screwed back onto walls for ease of painting.

While the expensive part of the renovations has been finished, there is still internal work to be done. All the old vinyl tiles have been lifted from the floors, ready for new floor covering. The internal walls need painting. White on white wall and ceiling paint has been purchased and is included in the sale. New LED down lights have been purchased for the cabins but have yet to be installed.

The amenities block requires a hot water system and fresh paint. The doors keep sticking, and that needs to be addressed also. All the heavy and expensive work has been done, you just need to put in some elbow grease to get them finished and ready to lease.

This property gives you plenty of options. You can choose to develop it into a successful commercial venture: providing the 2.6 million yearly visitors to Tasmania an opportunity to stay and explore the West Coast with you as their host; or offer long term leases to fly in fly out workers on wind farms and mines.
