Look at that entrance through these beautiful gates and up the flagstone drive to this half acre of historic property. What a gorgeous stone cottage, private and full of the amazing features of the middle 1800's.
If these walls could talk and maybe they do, it's hard not to listen as you explore and admire the open fire places and timber features. Look at the seats in the kitchen on either side of the fireplace, they were to sit on whilst cooking on the open fire. Now there is a woodheater in its place as well as an electric stove and lights. There are lots of cupboards and an inviting long window seat to gaze over the pond and fountain. The next room I call the formal dining room, has a woodheater in the original fireplace. In the lounge room however, the open fire place still remains, as they do also in both the second and Master bedroom, which has its own outside access as well as easy access to the bathroom, toilet and laundry combined.
