This property offers a wonderful opportunity to reap the benefits of the vendor s foresight in planting out around 26 hectares of the property in E Nitens plantation approximately 12 years ago. The vendor wisely left good sized areas in native forest that would provide good locations for a house to be constructed in future years. Perhaps after harvesting the plantation some could be sown to pasture adjoining the native bush.
