7460 Tasman Highway is home to a wide range of naturally occurring flora and fauna. The latter including Tasmanian Devils, Quolls, Bandicoots, Wombats, Wedge-Tailed Eagles, White Breasted Sea-Eagles, Masked Owls, Spotted Quail -Thrush and is likely to contribute significant feeding and nesting habitat to the endangered Swift Parrot.

The land forms on the property consist of a central ridge rising from about 40m on the Northern boundary to a broad catchment divide rising to about 250m at the Southern boundary. The central ridge is flanked by two short north draining intermittent creeks, and parts of both the adjacent ridges along the eastern and western boundaries of the site.

The lowest elevation on the property is less than 10m above sea level, where the eastern creek crosses the northern boundary and flows under the Tasman Highway to the top end of the Prosser River Estuary. South of the catchment divide the land slopes generally to the south east at the headwaters of two small drainage lines that flow into the Three Thumbs State Reserve.
