The dominant landform on the property is a broad central ridge rising from about 20m elevation at the Prosser River along the northern boundary, to a high point on the far south eastern corner of the property with elevation of over 280m. The natural forest hosts a rich diversity of mammals and bird life together with an incredible array of plant species including Oyster Bay Pines and groves of Grass Trees.
