Throughout the house, everything is simply faultless. New plumbing, wiring, full insulation and roofing were all completed three years ago, along with a complete interior redecoration. A bright, modern bathroom and large new laundry were part of the renovation.

The pasture is of high quality and there is new wallaby-proof fencing surrounding the property. A wildlife corridor with mature eucalypts runs along the western boundary, meeting native coastal bushland at the lower part of the land.
A foot-track leads down to the sandstone shore and the private sandy beach.
