Ten years ago, Tom and Sam moved here as a couple, loving the close proximity to the City, local private and public schools, shops/eateries and the the easy care nature of the property. Now, as a family of four, they have outgrown this gorgeous 1940's home and it's time for new owners to create their own special memories here. There's a servery opening onto this sunroom which can be closed off from the kitchen but equally suits as a great dining come family room if you did not need extra living space. Sam and Tom have also furnished this space with a sofa bed so if they have guests, they can accommodate them in this part of the house with ease, but it currently serves as a games room for their two children for the most part. These rooms could be interchanged to suit your needs, of course, and you could even convert the front lounge into a third bedroom. This sun-drenched sunroom opens out to a covered entertaining space and enclosed, private yard, perfect for your dog.
