On the front side of the house is a flat area that is a blank canvas or just somewhere to play with the kids or pets. About two acres of the block is flat and cleared with the remaining 8 acres goes up the hill as a natuaral bushland area with plenty of wildlife and firewood! A digger was brought in to make a track up about 50 meters to be able to bring down firewood. The house has two 10000 litre water tanks. One connected to the main house and one connected to the man cave and for use on the garden.
