From the towering ferns along Bakers Creek and up several gullies, to the hillsides of tall eucalypts and the pockets of Sassafras, and everything in between. Located within the popular Lucaston area, just 30 minutes from Hobart, this completely secluded section of private wilderness is something very special.

Access to the properties is via a formed track that passes through creek crossings adding to the sense of adventure and discovery as the ferns brush up against your windscreen. The track winds its way deep into the forest following Bakers Creek, providing an invaluable access to all 3 titles. As you cross the second creek crossing, there is a cleared section that could be ideal for a camping spot or maybe develop a cabin for more comfortable stays. Further along the track, there is an old original track that once climbed up through the forest to another clearing, now only accessible on foot until re-opened up for vehicle access.

The 3 titles all have something different to offer. Lot 1 up the top of the hill, right up the back has deep gullies with ferns, Sassafras and possibly Celery Top amongst the gums. Lot 2 comes down from that all the way down to Bakers Creek, which forms the bottom boundary in a spectacular array of ferns. Lot 3 is the first accessible title with possible development areas. There are more gullies with ferns and tall gums. At the bottom, the Bakers Creek rivulet passes through the bottom corner, as does the formed access track.
