Woof woof! Hey there, future new owner!
I'm Dougie, the four-legged king of this castle, and let me tell you-this place is PAWSOME! I just know you're going to wuv it as much as I do!
Every day, I patrol my glorious 3,513m kingdom, making sure everything is just right-no sneaky squirrels, no wayward birds, just peace and tail-wagging perfection. My human siblings keep me busy with endless games of chase, especially when they're playing basketball out back. And when they zoom down the flying fox, I try my best to catch them (haven't succeeded yet, but one day one day!).
Now, let's talk about my human Mum's favourite spot-the kitchen. It's got a huge 900mm oven, which means delicious smells waft through the house all day long. Sometimes, if I give my best puppy-dog eyes, I might even get a treat! We all love hanging out on the deck, and my human Dad? He practically lives by the bar window, gazing at the breath taking view of Mount Wellington and saying things like, "Ah, this is the life." (I agree, Dad. I agree.)
Inside, I have a whole adventure zone to explore-four cozy bedrooms downstairs where I wander and supervise (aka nap in sunbeams). Mum and Dad's room is my favourite because the sun shines just right for my mid-morning snooze. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, another bathroom, and Mum's office, where she does her "work" (not sure what that is, but it involves a lot of staring at a screen).
Evenings are for cuddles and movies in the Family Room. It's the coziest spot in the house, and when it gets chilly, Dad fires up the wood heater. The warmth spreads through the whole house thanks to the fancy heat transfer system, so no cold paws here! Oh, and speaking of fancy-this place even has a Tesla battery for the 6.7kW solar panels, which I hear is a big deal. There's also a massive shed that could be a games room, a man cave, or dare I say a doggy play palace?
Anyway, I'd love to stay and chat, but I have an important job-waiting on the big entertaining deck for my humans to get off the school bus. Katrina and Leigh are excited to show you around, so come check out my home! Maybe you'll be the next lucky human to live in this wooftastic paradise.
See you soon! Wag wag!
Dougie
