Walking trails wind their way to the top of the block passing below towering dogwoods, manferns, sassafras and myrtles while the creek cascades down pretty waterfalls along its rocky base. Feast your senses as the sounds and smells invite you to become one with nature and enjoy the peace and tranquillity that abounds. So many birds, from the tiny blue wrens and red robins to the majestic wedge-tailed eagles call the forest home. Their song can be heard among Mother Natures silence while small animals such as echidnas and sugar gliders may make their presence known if you take the time to look around.
