Lewisham is sought after as one of the most prestigious areas of the southern beaches, only 9 mins from Sorell with 2 supermarkets, schools, doctors, dentists etc. 5 mins from Dodges ferry with fabulous primary school, community centre, IGA, surf club and the best surfing beach in the south. There are 7 beaches within 5k of the property -so you will be spoilt for choice -and more a little further away. there are 2 local boat ramps and a swimming pool nearby. And only 20 mins from the airport but not on the flight path. Only 35 mins drive to Hobart. Public transport from the bottom of our drive and Lewisham pub 2 mins walk.
