Each room consists of a queen bed (including mattress), desk, bar fridge and storage wardrobe space. With a minimalistic design, this is perfect for students at tafe or university.
This secure room also has easy access to the common areas including dining, kitchen, living and bathroom, laundry, garden and courtyard.
NBN Wifi, internet and electricity are all inclusive in the rental price, as well as professional gardening and cleaning of the common areas. (Cleaning is not included for individual rooms as tenants are responsible and expected to maintain a level of cleanliness of their rooms).
Prior to moving in the tenant is required to pay 2 weeks rent and a $100 cleaning fee. Off street parking is available for tenants (if spots are vacant) for an extra $30 per week.
For a second person, this will be another $50 per week added to your rent.
