This incredible property probably has the most impressive views on offer in the Huon Valley. The 72 acres (29.39 ha) is known as Ashlin Hill, yes, the whole hill top and ridgeline is on this property. The access is off the quiet strip of the Huon Highway as you come out of the quaint township of Geeveston. A shared access winds up the hill and then becomes a private right of way up to the start of the property. The track then turns up the hill and leads to the top of Ashlin Hill where you are faced with taking in the immense views on offer here.

I don't think there is much of the Huon Valley you can't see from this vantage point. Yes... the whole length of the main section of the Huon Valley from the Wellington Range including Vinces Saddle, Sleeping Beauty and even the tower on Mt Wellington... all the way up and down the Huon River to the mouth and channel with Garden Island and Bruny Island in clear view at the bottom. Out to the West, there is endless wilderness with the Snowys and Weld Range sitting proud amongst it all. These will be snow capped most of the winter just to add to the beauty that is already amazing.

At the highest point, there is the basics of a potential house site just over the ridge, suggested there to give you some wind protection and yet not compromise on the panoramic vista. Alternate positions are plenty. The choice of spots will be limited only by your imagination and creativity when designing your new home. Bathed in complete un-obstructed sunshine, the property faces all directions, but mainly slopes away to the North and North East, ideal given that the best of the views are directly in front.
