Good road access to land, 2WD / then part 4WD driveway to creek, then a 5 minute walk across creek and up a small slope to shack. Retreat has a sleeping loft with small upstairs veranda. There is a outside composting loo and a bath tub by the creek with a fire pit under it. A small gas oven with cook top. A small water tank connected to sink and tap inside. No power source.
