We will sell Lot 1 of .6297 ha (1.556 acres) for offers over $ 100k. It has power and sealed road frontage and is in a quite rural setting close to Hobart. It had approval in writing from the Glenorchy Council to build on it however under the latest planning scheme building is apparently not allowed.

Lot 2. which is 10.9 ha of the best land left in Granton has 5 Council approved lots available as one parcel is also for sale for offers over 750k. You may get more lots as outdated attitudes have changed. You can never tell with councils.

A lot with services and bitumen to the boundary in Granton at offers over $ 100k at is cheap. Lot 2 is also cheap. $ 140 k per allotment for some of the best views in Hobart and a bit of land to hobby farm on. You will however need to build a road. Allotments in Granton are usually over double our prices!
