New floating flooring in kitchen-dining. Carpet in living area, bedroom and annex in very good condition.
There are two aluminium garden sheds and covered wood stack. Open parking at the door.

All electrical work and plumbing renewed by licensed technicians in last 4 years.
Conditions for residence:
Residents pay a one-off settlement fee of $1250 to the Park operators in addition to the purchase price. Thereafter there is a fortnightly site fees which includes water use but not the electric charge.
No pets allowed except Assistance dogs.
New residents need to provide a simple police history check to the Operators before purchase is approved.
