There are trails cut around the land to access firewood (there are no restrictions or covenants on the property) and for exploring the beautiful country. A small water hole and larger dam are in place and the property is fully-fenced. Next to the house is a 12m x 7.2m shed with power connected, double roller doors, a workshop/storeroom and a wood heater. The Bagdad Primary School is around 10 kilometres drive away and Hobart is approx. 48 kilometres away (around a 50 minute drive) with major shopping centres in Brighton and Glenorchy much closer.
