horticultural venture. There are rainwater storage tanks next to the house,
the greenhouse and the garage plus a smaller lockable shed with open sides.
The land area of over two hectares and the property's position off a
no-through road ensures privacy. Wildlife and bird life are prolific in the
open woodland with mature eucalypts.
From the front of the house, steps lead to grassy slopes that run down to
the sandy shore of the inlet, where it is easy to beach and launch a dinghy.
Snake Island is in view offshore and there are lovely views down the Channel
and across towards Middleton on the far shore.
While it has a pleasantly remote and secluded atmosphere, this unique Bruny
Island property is only 10 minutes from the Roberts Point ferry terminal.
Properties with frontages to the Coastal Reserve are increasingly hard to
find - having access to the sandy shores of a quiet bay makes this one even
