**Due to surprisingly high levels of interest in the property, I will be opening the property Thursday evening (9th August) 5.30-6.00 pm and Saturday(11th August) at 11: 30, after which I will be taking offers on a once only best offer basis after everyone has had a chance to do their due diligence and get their finances in order. My approach is designed to be as fair as possible and give every prospective buyer the same opportunity to buy this property. Naturally the highest offer with the most favourable conditions will be favoured by the vendor.
