Rosebrae Cottage was built in the 1880s from sandstone and was originally the Methodist Manse. Renovated in the 1990s Rosebrae provides all the original charm with modern features. Located on a corner allotment in a private setting, only a short walk to the Caf, General Store, Award Winning Watervale Hotel, wineries and Riesling Trail.
There are two double bedrooms both with queen size beds plus a single bedroom. The cosy sitting room has an open fire. The updated kitchen has electric stove, microwave, fridge and all crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. The bathroom has a separate shower and claw foot bath. Heated and cooled by a reverse cycle split system air conditioner in the kitchen and living area plus s/c heater. Outside there is a fabulous paved area with gas barbecue for entertaining guests. Sit out on the front verandah and enjoy the flora and fauna, take a stroll to Riesling trail and shops, enjoy the Watervale community.
