Theres also an additional toilet for your convenience.
Downstairs we have the 3 remaining bedrooms with 2 queens (1 can be separated into 2 singles), and a bunk bed, full bathroom including walk in shower, deep bath, and toilet. An additional TV with Wii games is in the downstairs lounge for your entertainment. There is a laundry with a washing machine and a separate dryer in the garage.
The home has ducted air-conditioning and heating throughout for your comfort plus ceiling fans in the living areas. On warmer days, open up the windows and let pleasant cool sea breeze blow through the house.
The backyard is fully fenced with an outdoor shower to use after your beach days. Guests are welcome to the 4-burner BBQ or the mini-weber grill in the alfresco area. A portable hammock is available for use in the lounge area or in the alfresco.
