In the summer months we spend most of our time out on the veranda, the blinds are 98%UV protection, you can look out but you can't look in from the outside which gives you perfect privacy to entertain. There is a built in BBQ on the veranda which can also be used as an open fireplace place in the winter months.

During the warm summer months we get the soft breeze of the gentle gully winds in the evenings. Our gardens are full of wildlife, like cockatoos, possums, parrots, ducks & even a resident Koala!
